LYLA Soul Yoga x Bananaleaf Breakfast

Saturday, 13th July 2019 10.00 -12.00

Come join us on Saturday morning, on 13.7. for a very special Soul Yoga and Bananaleaf Brunch at the new opening of Restless! The Event will begin with a 75 minute morning flow class led by Heidi Hoelzer, combined with a live electronic DJ set by LYLA. The chill vibes by the instructor and DJ will help guide you step by step through this dynamic flow. Be prepared to be fully immersed and lose yourself in this fluid sequence of movements and music. Following the class, a homemade yummy, vegan breakfast meal from Bananaleaf will be included!

Time: 10-12 Uhr (10-11.15 Yoga Class and 11.15-12 Brunch)
Cost: 30€ (Includes Yoga Class and Brunch)
Breakfast Meal: Smoothie Bowl + Fresh Juice of the Day + Coffee/Tea!

Hip openers are great for releasing tension within the body, built up emotion and stagnant energy.
Opening the hips allows for more range of motion, creating more circulation throughout the body and so much more.

Overdeveloped and tight hip flexors can be caused by stress, sitting at a desk everyday or simply driving in the car, this can also contribute to lower back pain.
Hip openers really give us freedom within the entire body to move,
feel and think healthier and clearer.

Hormone Yoga Therapy

HYT, developed by Dinah Rodrigues, is a natural and holistic approach to reactivate hormone production. It helps to manage the symptoms of menopause as well as PMS, polycystic ovaries, irregular periods, anxiety, depression, acne and hypothyroidism. Women with infertility problems have also seen benefits as a result of a regular practice of hormone yoga. It is a healthy alternative to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and beneficial for all women of all ages.

About Heidi

Living and working in NYC from 2000 - 2016, Heidi moved to Munich, Germany where she now resides. Leading a fun, fast paced and often stressful life in NY, Heidi found life slipping through her fingers. At first thought, NY was the issue and she felt the need to get off a hamster wheel that seemed to continuously pick up speed. When an opportunity to move to Germany presented itself, it seemed it could be a welcome balance to her work and personal life that was lacking. Only to discover that NYC wasn’t to blame for the hamster wheel, nor the pressure of a career but an internal imbalance of “Heidi time”.

Shortly after moving to Munich, Heidi did the unthinkable and left the only career she knew, packed up her bags and took off for Africa. Africa gave her the space and time to think. Think about what she wanted out of life. What felt rewarding, what brought joy. What did she want from the world, what did she want to give the world. Traveling, visiting friends and making time for yoga were just a few things at the top of her list. As a birthday present to herself, she embarked on a yoga teacher training in India. Marking the beginning of a whole new life…

Shortly after completing Jivamukti Teacher Training with Sharon Gannon in Mahastra, India Heidi began teaching in Munich in various studios. She then completed Barre Fusion Teacher Training with Tanja Krodel in Munich and most recently completed Hormone Yoga Teacher Training with Dinah Rodrigues in Prague, Czech Republic.

Heidi brings a sense of calm to her classes. A challenging class with a soft approach. Creative, inspiring and surprising. She hopes to create an escape that allows everyone to have their “own time”. Time away from work, family and life. Time to draw inward and focus on each person’s imbalance so that everyone may walk away feeling lighter, more focused and gently energized. Her classes integrate creative vinyasa sequences with music.
